Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to start the process.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label we provide via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
